As the online teaching and learning continued I experienced that while using communicative tools like we chat, g mail, Vle discussion forums and blog both the sender and the receivers need not have to be online at the same time. We can drop the questions or submit the assignments through above mentioned tools so that the receiver can respond when s/he comes online.
Blog: it is the new communicative tool that I started to
use recently. I share my reflections using this tool. I learnt a lot
after using this tool and really enjoy it. This tool is used for ICT
module. The link given here is my blog ID https://sonamchodenictineducation.blogspot.comI have shared about my experiences and learning using the Information and communication tools.
G mail: I use this tool to submit my assignments, share notes,
soft copy of text books and other reading materials. I mostly use this
tool for Action Research module. In the mail below, I responded to sir only after two days and that message is received by sir.
Virtual learning Environment (VLE): this tool is used most of the time for all 5 modules. I use VLE discussion forums to ask doubts and I also respond to my friend's doubts. If you look at the timing of discussion in the following screenshot, the discussion took place at different time.
We Chat: I use this tool for 4 modules. Short notes, voice records and videos are shared using this tool. Discussion with both the friends as well as tutors are done here. I am more comfortable using this forums. After using asynchronous tools, I can now edit the photo and quote other's message using we chat. I can also attach zipped folder using mail, which are a new learning for me.
